The patient underwent dental implant placement. After 4 months, a zirconia crown was fitted. Current status: 7 years after implant placement.

All teeth were extracted and implants were placed in a single visit, and a bridge on the implants was delivered after 24 hours.

Zygomatic implants are used in patients with severe bone loss in the upper jaw. They allow a bridge supported by the inserted implants to be fitted immediately after the surgical procedure or within 24 hours of it.

Thanks to zygomatic implants, complex bone regeneration procedures, such as sinus lifts or bone grafts, can be avoided. This significantly shortens the overall implant-prosthetic treatment time for patients, as there is no need to wait more than six months for osseointegration processes.

Additionally, all procedures can be performed under local infiltration anesthesia.
